Majestic Brand Shop is operated by TRILINK TRADING (Establishment), Abu Dhabi Economic Licence No. CN-6065512, United Arab Emirates. We want you to love your garment. If it is not right for you, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Hygiene
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept compression garments that have been worn, washed or altered. Please try your garment on carefully, over clean undergarments only, and keep the tags attached until you are sure of the fit.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at majesticbrandshop.uae@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request. Include photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will reply with instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not send items back before we confirm your request.
Return Shipping
If you are returning or exchanging an item because you changed your mind or chose a different size, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping cost for the return and for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If it is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Postoperative and Postpartum Garments
Our garments are designed for post-surgical, postpartum and everyday use. Compression needs vary from person to person. We recommend confirming your size with us and following the advice of your surgeon or healthcare provider before purchasing and wearing any garment. Our products and this website are not a substitute for medical advice.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it is covered by this return policy.
